Discussing getting into shape for The Legend of Tarzan, Skarsgård talks about working with trainer-nutritionist, Magnus Lygdbäck. A fellow Swede, the 39-year-old actor shares, “When you have to see the same person every morning at 4:30 am, it’s important you get on well with them.” Skarsgård bulked up for the role of Tarzan, gaining twenty-five pounds with a 7,000 calories a day diet. This was followed by two training sessions a day for the perfect eight-pack.
