Chadwick Boseman adds fashion plate to his resume as he snags two more covers. The Black Panther actor covers March 2018 issues for Rolling Stone and Essence. He talks about the success of Black Panther with Rolling Stone. It’s a sea-change moment,
says Boseman. I still remember the excitement people had seeing Malcolm X. And this is greater, because it includes other people, too. Everybody comes to see the Marvel movie.
The American actor also goes on to discuss the strong representation of women in the film. Talking to Essence, he conveys, We can have really strong black women who don’t have to be damsels in distress, who are independent and powerful, who can also fall in love at the same time.
