Talking to L’Uomo Vogue, Diego Luna reflects on how Y Tu Mamá También changed his life. In a translated quote, Luna explains, “The turning point in my career was Y Tu Mamá También by Alfonso Cuarón, a kind of coming of age film about two young teenagers–the other is played by my friend Gael García Bernal.” The Mexican actor continues, “With this film we ended up at the Venice Film Festival, then in Toronto.
