The star of director Xavier Dolan’s It’s Only the End of the World, Gaspard Ulliel reunites with Numéro Homme for a new shoot. The French actor is front and center for a portrait session with fashion photographer Jean-Baptiste Mondino. Going editorial for the outing with a tousled head of hair, Ulliel is ready for his close-up, posing in fall-winter 2016 outerwear.

Talking to the magazine about his evolution as an actor, in a translated quote, Ulliel shares, “With the comfort afforded to me by my Chanel contract, I could take some time to find roles that suited me. This meant rejecting certain proposals. It was not really a risk. Instead, I felt like I was doing something that would make me happier and honest. But it was a gamble, yes.”
The 31-year-old actor continues, “During this period of adjustment, I knew many moments of loneliness, doubt, and even boredom. But, I also had this ability to hide my face. It is a reflection that I made after my last film–very intense and rewarding.” Read more on Numero.com.
