In addition to his cover story for Harper’s Bazaar Men Thailand, actor Godfrey Gao appeared on a cover for the March 2015 issue of Esquire Singapore. Offering a moody take on the season, Gao connected with photographer Chuck Reyes and stylist Aaron Kok for the spread, which features luxe designs from the likes of Louis Vuitton and Prada. Talking about the representation of Asians in media, Gao shares, “Ever since I did the Louis Vuitton campaign back in 2011, there have been a lot more Asian faces in runway shows, campaigns and skincare advertisements. Movie-wise, they’re moving more towards Asian faces as well, because they want the Asian market.”
