I love bodyweight training, and I really enjoy lifting weights under the guidance of my PT Martin Bugaj–but I also love playing football,
says Cuthbert. So I’m doing cardio work as well as resistance work every week. Running has never been my favorite activity because it can feel quite monotonous, whereas playing football or squad where there’s some competition is a great way to improve cardio fitness without it ever feeling like hard work.
