WSJ looks to the iconic Robert Redford to cover its September 2015 issue. With the issue centered around men’s style, who better than Redford, who has helped shape Hollywood style on the big screen. Donning classic western styles, Redford is photographed by Mikael Jansson with styling by George Cortina.
Reflecting on his career, Redford shares with the magazine, “I think I got typed. I could feel the hardening of the arteries. I wanted to keep independent and keep myself free, but the leading man category kind of enclosed me, and therefore people couldn’t see me any other way. That was the struggle I had. I remember wanting to audition for other kinds of roles, and people wouldn’t even hear about it.” Read more at WSJ.com.
