Singer The Weeknd links up with photographer Terry Richardson for a new photo shoot. The In the Night singer poses for fun images for the March 2016 issue of British GQ. The Weeknd’s signature hairstyle is front and center for the shoot. Late last year, the 25 year-old shared with RollingStone that his hair was inspired by artist Jean-Michel Basquiat.
Addressing his hair, The Weeknd explained, “I want to be remembered as iconic and different. So I was like, ‘Fuck it–I’m gonna let my hair just be what it wants.’ I’ll probably cut it if it starts interfering with my sight. I can kind of see it right now. But if I cut it, I’d look like everyone else. And that’s just so boring to me.”
