Mikael Jansson
Mikael Jansson is a Swedish fashion photographer. Growing up in Stockholm, Jansson began his career in the seventies, photographing bands and music artists. Jansson captured talents such as Blondie, Iggy, Chet Baker, and Bowie. After assisting Richard Avedon in New York, in 1987, Jansson returned to Stockholm and set up his own studio.
Relocating to Paris shortly after, Jansson’s career blossomed. The Swedish photographer has worked with magazines like Arena Homme+, Vogue Hommes Paris, and Interview magazine. Jansson has also collaborated with fashion brands, which include Calvin Klein, Louis Vuitton, Salvatore Ferragamo, and Ermenegildo Zegna.
