Xevi Muntané
Xevi Muntané is a Spanish photographer. Although born in Barcelona in 1977, Muntané’s body of work expands far past the borders of Spain. Muntané began his photography career in New York City by assisting the likes of Ellen von Unwerth and David Lachapelle. Starting his own solo career, Muntané gained the attention of Stephen Gan, who commissioned him to shoot for V and the rest is history.
Boasting quite the body of work, Muntané’s fashion clients range from Nike and El Pais Semanal to Harper’s Bazaar México. Muntané is best known for his studio aesthetic, which revolves around strong charismatic narratives. His photography opens his work up to seamlessly transition from capturing models to celebrities.
