Prada Fall/Winter 2014–Tailoring reigned at Prada as the fashion house’s hero continued a trip down memory lane, recalling stylish decades such as the 1970s for a subtle rock ‘n’ roll energy. Offering a mix of muted tones and unorthodox fits, there were a variety of menswear pieces to take in. Square end neckties worn as scarves joined shirts with narrow pointed collars. Playing with the season’s vast array of colors, shirts and collars were color blocked while suiting separates embraced for the ultimate exercise in color combinations. From industrial harnessed looks to androgynous fits a la David Bowie, Miuccia Prada continued to craft her magic with sheer shrunken shirts, long blazers and tapered trousers.
