Robert Geller embraced a dark and brooding image for his fall-winter 2016 men’s collection. The designer continued to show a knack for modern proportions as sleek layers came together. Coats with halved sleeves, turtleneck sweaters, wool double-breasted jackets, leather crewnecks and other statement pieces were cut in a precise manner that rivaled the suited uniform.
Models with slicked hair and felt fedoras took to the catwalk with leather gloves cut below the wrists and briefcase in hand. Solidifying a pace of normalcy, the show continued with standout fashions that included jumpsuits, tapered trousers, oversized coats, quilted sportswear and a vibrant pop of color that relied on burnt orange and mustard yellow.
