Promoting his latest film, Maps to the Stars by director David Cronenberg, Pattinson wears a look from the spring/summer 2014 collection of 3.1 Phillip Lim. Lim’s on-trend print top is turned backwards for the striking cover which features Pattinson with a painted face.
