Slim Fashion–Leaving behind the grunge-fueled 90s inspirations of his fall/winter 2013 collection, Saint Laurent creative director Hedi Slimane takes his young rocker a couple of decades earlier, bringing to mind images of musicians such as David Bowie. Wearing pointed toe ankle boots, cigarette thin pants and a coif fit for any modern teddy boy, jackets were of the metallic, sequined and studded variety. Mixed among slender tuxedos, printed tees, skinny ties and handkerchiefs brought Slimane’s rock obsession full circle.
