Scotch & Soda creates an eclectic narrative for fall-winter 2016 with various textiles and patterns.

Scotch & Soda recently brought its eclectic fall-winter 2016 collection to New York Fashion Week. Entitled Wondrous Wanderers, the lineup takes inspiration from four global narratives. Scotch & Soda creative director Marlou van Engelen explains, “We have a long standing love affair with the world. This stems from our Dutch heritage. We are a country of explorers, and have historically travelled the globe. Yet, we always come back.”

Van Engelen continues, “When we do, we are laden with treasure and inspiration. From that, we innovate something entirely new, and entirely us. Scotch & Soda lives and dreams this world-wanderer spirit daily.” Representing four corners of the world, Scotch & Soda’s collection finds muses in Tibet, the Scottish Highlands, China’s Silk Route and the Norwegian village of Floen.
