The Skingraft Debut-Making their New York Fashion Week debut with their spring/summer 2014 collection, Skingraft took a trip influenced by Southeast Asian tribal body paint and athletic sportswear separates. Reinterpretating the heavy sportswear trend their own way, the brand creates exoskeletons for their outerwear pieces, developing an armor for the urban man. Throughout the collection a dark mood swims in and out, through the leather finishes and mesh fabric blocking, alongside the deeply monochromatic color palette. The collection finishes with innovative layering, incorporating more casual sportswear pieces with sleek silhouettes, speaking to the man in touch with his daring side.
