Stephan Schneider takes ownership of the flag for its spring-summer 2016 menswear collection. The flag is celebrated, coming to represent the brand’s signature, easy aesthetic. Entitled Flattering Flags, the collection represents the idea of being bold but never too loud, conveying a graphic but refined point of view, elevating simplicity into something that’s recognizable and highlighting an aspect of the wearers’ identity. This manifesto is carried out with common flag shapes, lifting lines and stripes to apply to functional separates. Grounding the new lineup in accessible colors, moments that pop are assisted by traditionally patriotic hues.
