Versace Reinterpreted–In celebration of opening a flagship store in Honolulu, Hawaii, Versace hired street artist Tristan Eaton to reinterpret their iconic medusa head logo. They teamed up with the Hawaiian-based art and concert network POW! WOW! to organize the occasion, and its lead director Jasper Wong curated the project. Eaton’s beautiful result is a mixture of Versace’s classic patterns, lots of multi-layered visual texture, and his own version of graffiti meets pop-art. The mural is vibrant, large, and residing on a popular street in Honolulu.
