Levi, a reader, was kind enough to email me and share some information about the Danish label Annhagen. The designer behind Annhagen is Dianna Opsund Bay. Bay started the line in 2004 and is slowly expanding its presence internationally.
Her leading stockists are currently in Scandanavia, Japan, and France. [Danish Fashion Institute] The name Annhagen is a combination of the “ann” from her name, and the “hagen” comes from Copenhagen, where she is from. Levi was also gracious enough to upload some images from her past collections.
Annhagen’s 2007 fall collection stood out to me because of the styling. I LOVE how the socks are worn and how they are an integral part of the outfit. I like to wear my socks similarly when it gets cold. It’s excellent attention to detail. Wondering what socks you need to achieve this look? Think hiking/military-issue socks, particularly wool.
