Chicago-based retailer Hejfina sent out postcards to announce the end of a five-year run. Hejfina’s owner Heiji Choy Black shared two reason’s for the store’s closure: “The first being that [her husband] Brian and [her] are expecting a second child, and second [she] feels that the way people shop has forever changed in this difficult economy.” Hejfina will close its doors on September 27, 2009. All new fall/winter merchandise will be marked down 25-50% off, while all remaining stock from previous seasons will be marked 70-90% off.
Our country had been so much affected by this Economic Recession. there are lots of job cuts and company shutdowns. We are seeing some signs of economic recovery right now and we hope that it would continue.
