Tod’s revisits its most iconic shoe—the Gommino—with “Italian Diaries,” a campaign that captures timeless craft through the lens of a new generation. Set at the scenic Villa Talamo in Tuscany, photographer Oliver Hadlee Pearch captures five young talents: Lennon Gallagher, Ella Bleu Travolta, Stella Banderas, Roberto Rossellini, and Leo Gassmann.
Each carries the weight of legacy with an ease that mirrors the Gommino itself—crafted in soft suede and supple leather, rendered in sun-washed pastels and earth tones.
Tod’s Italian Diaries Campaign

Tod’s imagery pulls from both fashion’s past and present. Driving shoes with pebble soles meet oversized trenches, corduroy trousers, and breezy knits—a spring style language that feels inherited yet current.

The Gommino, with its signature rubber pebbles climbing up the heel, becomes the common thread binding tradition to youthful spontaneity. More than a shoe, the Gommino acts as a symbol—an authority on what Italian craftsmanship looks like in the hands (and on the feet) of a new era.

Tod’s campaign stars contribute, each offering a personal reflection on identity, art, and style. Through them, Tod’s continues its dialogue with time, anchoring itself in heritage while giving space for the next chapter to be written.
