Tommy Hilfiger channels nautical style with its stripes and oversized double-breasted coat.

Tommy Hilfiger thought iconic when it came to creating his latest men’s collection. Introducing Hilfiger Edition, thirty years of brand history is revisited for a range of fashion icons that include the Crombie coat and striped jerseys. Inspired by nautical influences and rugby, relaxed trousers, striped jerseys, pinstripe tailoring and selvedge denim are among the outing’s highlights. Embracing a classic color palette, navy and red play key roles.

Discussing fall’s Hilfiger Edition collection, which was presented during New York Fashion Week: Men, Hilfiger shared, “Our collection Hilfiger Edition honors the best classic American male wardrobe, revisited through a sporty and luxurious touch.” The designer continued, “We are committed to a new appreciation of authentic men’s fashion. It is essential parts for all days reinterpreted in a new way. We are proud to have supported the first edition of the NYFW: Men’s last July, and we are happy to be here again for next fall 2016, showing our interpretation of what is men’s fashion today.”
