Spanish Vibe–Photographed by Gonzalo Machado, with styling by Jesús Cicero, legendary model Tony Ward appears in a spread published in the April 2012 issue of GQ España. Sporting an eccentric dark beard, Ward showcases a wardrobe that includes immaculate trousers, safari inspired jackets and fluid silk scarves, for a Spanish rendition of dandy style.

  1. The striking “disguise” reminds me of Jaime de Mora y Aragón, brother of the former Belgian queen and a dazzling European personality in the 60s and 70s.

  2. Curious. I have to wonder if the photographer might have just been having fun.
The model? How could he possibly participate in ‘real life’ w/o having a hair fall out of place? Moreover, in the last shot with the Dane/Dalmation (?) cross, does the guy actually pick up the  poop when they’re out walking? Hm, the poop bags must be a sight…highest designer quality, I’m sure!!
