The 1970s and 80s receive a modern update with Topman’s summer 2016 collection. Embracing a sporty aesthetic for the season, the British brand looks to the outdoors and style influences from Eastern Europe for inspiration. Imagining a High Trek, function and style come together with classic silhouettes. Nylon co-ord tailored shorts and parachute parkas contribute to Topman’s relaxed season vision.

Approaching denim, wide and straight-cut styles are a reference from the 1980s, falling in line with a minimal color palette that dresses sportswear essentials. Revisiting the 1970s, pajama-inspired shapes and revere collar shirts, along with embroidered patterned bombers and suede coach jackets bring home an East Bloc theme.
