New Day–Boasting experience as head designer for both Jil Sander and Uniqlo, Italian designer Pierangelo d’Agostin comes to Tween as the label’s new creative director. Debuting his vision for the spring/summer 2013 season, sportswear takes a formal approach with a focus on fit and construction. Working with navy, field green, stone gray and white, d’Agostin creates a collection with a militaristic edge. Comprised of smart separates and subtle prints, jackets are easily interchangeable, whether opting for a blazer or bomber. Meanwhile cropped trousers are offered alongside shapely joggers or wide-cut denim jeans. Pulled together with a knack for function, the new Tween man is ageless turning to the classics which include the trench and field jacket for a practical fit.
