Liquid silver perfectly captures the essence of Versace’s fall-winter 2016 space-inspired collection.

Donatella Versace explored a fascination with space for her fall-winter 2016 men’s collection. Opening the show with a series of grey ensembles, silver accents were juxtaposed amongst slim-tailored suits for the aspiring astronaut. Donning Versace pins that signaled the fashion house’s space era, models took to the catwalk in a parade of wearable pieces.

White leather biker jackets, wool peacoats and long single-breasted coats grounded metallic silver jackets and pants. Nurturing a pastel moment, soft hues dressed shrunken knitwear and reversed coats. Nylon joggers, embellished bomber jackets and metallic dress shirts cemented the season’s space narrative.
