Versace Fall/Winter 2014–Exuding a fearless confidence, Donatella Versace merged the Italian fashion house’s trademark flamboyance with the romantic idea of the cowboy for fall/winter 2014. Imagining a new cowboy, Versace’s version traded in the horse for a motorcycle. Under this guise, leather was the choice accent as a collection with no bars hit the catwalk. Here, relaxed suiting was adorned with western accents. Transitioning out of Italian machismo, rhinestones covering jackets, pants and more, appeared alongside western-cut shirting for a colorful outing.
