Crafting a post-apocalyptic collection from a myriad of outside elements, ranging from Lee Jeans denim to vintage Liberty prints, William Richard Green’s sophomore collection was inspired by John Carpenter’s 1996 science-fiction film Escape from L.A.. Fusing the hero and anti-hero with a dark take on grunge, the collection finds its footing in a constant balance between soft and edgy design attributes that travel the ground of bondage details, rubber and other eccentric elements. Altogether, Green approaches the fall season with a captivating collection of essentials revamped for the fashion-forward man and excels with a clear vision.
