Celebrating its 185th anniversary this year, Woolrich John Rich & Bros. focuses on the three themes of authentic, teton and contemporary for its fall-winter 2015 menswear collection. Using original American wools from the Woolrich woolen mill in Pennsylvania, the Authentic collection features the brand’s iconic styles and silhouettes with the railroad vest and hunting jacket featured in buffalo check prints. Meanwhile the Teton range heads outdoors for utilitarian fashions that offer protection from the elements. Incorporating lightweight, laminated-nylon fabric, Polartec and other technical fabrics, the lineup offers blazers, knitwear and chinos. Rounding out the season, Contemporary fashions are offered up with a mix of both lightweight and performance materials. The results are sporty pieces that work well with functional outerwear articles that include parkas, trench coats and storm jackets.
