Walking In Chinatown–Belgian model Yannick Abrath hits the streets of the Chinatown district in New York City, wearing a wardrobe that drives our attention on two opposite spring trends: bold graphic patterns and essential classic colors. Photographer Matthew Kristall joins creative forces with stylist Jason Rider to portray the Wilhelmina model for the latest issue of The New York Times Style Magazine, clad in Calvin Klein Collection’s abstract floral prints, Prada’s clean silhouettes or Lanvin’s neon tinted patterns. Moving in a colorful setting, where neon lights, rich colors and Chinese ideograms create Chinatown’s signature landscape, Yannick spends some fashionable time smoking a cigarette or tasting a traditional Chinese meal.
