2009 has been a great year for breakouts–so much, we could not narrow down our focus to one model. The first model that has had a stellar year is none other than Yuri Pleskun. In addition to booking campaigns for Topman, Marc Jacobs and Margaret Howell, Yuri has been featured in numerous editorials photographed by the likes of Richard Bush and Juergen Teller. This past summer, Yuri was a regular on the runways of New York favorites such as Patrik Ervell and Rag & Bone. With a dynamic year behind him, 2010 will no doubt see the young talent reaching new heights.

That's my baby! I was a huge fan of his the second I saw his polaroids–his swagger is undeniable! His campaigns & editorials solidified that for me. And his Nylon video interview!! Just to connect his voice and face together was amazing! So gorgeous & his bomb accent adds the cherry to the sundae… or whatever the saying is, lol
