Always Evening–Inspired by architectural lines, Z Zegna creative director Paul Surridge puts a formal spin on his men’s wardrobe by tackling a theme of eveningwear. Embracing minimal details, trousers are pleated but relaxed. Fitted knitwear features color blocking to imitate an oversized cummerbund. Lightweight coats injected with volume and cinched at the waist become the main attraction. Navy and warm neutral hues reinforce the ease of the collection but the precise cut of jackets, shirting and trousers retain a refined attitude. Given an oversized silhouette, the iconic tuxedo jacket is ready for daywear.
